Walker Headphones
October 23rd, 2025

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AAH8CMA
These headphones are great for having something that can block annoying sounds around you. And those can happen anywhere.
These headphones feel solid and like they'll lost a long time. I haven't had them for long, just a few months; I used to get silicone earplugs.
I first got walker headphones that didn't have an audio jack. They were still great for blocking sound, but the kind in the link is the one that has an audio jack so that you can use them as headphones as well. You could use earbuds underneath the jackless kind, it's more comfortable and convenient to use the kind with a 3.5mm audio jack.
Silicone Earplugs

These earplugs are made of silicone and are in my opinion a big step up from the foam earplug variety. The silicone earplugs can mold right over your earn canal. You can find these in Walmart and Target, but I often have trouble finding them in the section they're in, which is typically around the pharmacy area but they always seem to be tough to locate. Amazon is of course much simplier in that regard.
Bic Razors

October 23rd, 2025
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000M42F3O
I get these. You can find them in the big retail stores in the US, but, bonus, you can find them internationally all over as well. I even got them in Cambodia. Bic is a French brand, after all. I guess they in when the French were there and they just kept coming. They work. And they're durable. If you only have a few left, you can stretch it out to make it last a long time. Especially if you don't shave. A key design feature of these things is that there is a large window for where the sheared hairs can go through. The triple-blade style typically has a very narrow window for that. It just seems like this works out better for my beard when I shave it. I also rarely get nicked by the Bic, compared to the mystery 3-blades you can find everywhere. The Bic is a known thing and reliable, and cheap.
Card Sheath

I use this for my social security card, as it's just paper otherwise. This card sheath gives it a bit of plastic backing around it.
Beef Tallow Soap

October 23rd, 2025
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DZXDW7Y7
I got this because it appears to be just beef tallow, whatever that is. Does it have extra ingredients? Maybe, but it didn't appear to when I looked at it. That was the goal: to find soap that had the fewest, most understandable ingredients possible. Beef tallow is from, or is, beef fat, so there's that.
Zero Water Filter Pitcher

October 23rd, 2025
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0073PZ6O0
If you don't already have some kind of water filtration going on, these could be something to consider buying.
These are pitchers that you fill up with water, and there's a filter inside the pitcher that does a good job of filtering out a lot. It even filters a good deal of fluoride out, which is rare among water filters.
The pitcher form factor gives a bonus of being mobile. You can take this to different parts of the house, you can even take it with you on the road.
Once you've used the filter for a while, it will stop filtering as well. About every month I replace the filter.
Comfy Seat Pillow

This seat pillow is fantastic. It's very comfortable to sit on. You can take it with you for car rides, for which it also works very well.
Super Umbrella (Blocks UV Light, Too)
October 23rd, 2025
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F1FNL1JG
One cool thing about umbrellas that doesn't get thought of too often is that they can block the sunlight, too.
Sure, this thing does its job with the rain. But it also blocks UV light from the sun.
It's like having a canopy above you that you can walk with. It lowers the temperature around you, which is awesome when you're walking around a city in the summertime.
Blue Light Glasses
October 23rd, 2025

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08HPQVJMW
I got these to get more energy in the morning. Not entirely sure how much they're working as I try not to go without using them in the mornings.
I got a cheaper kind but I felt like they were too heavy and would deter me from wearing them.
I only wear any of them for about 15-30 minutes in the morning. These are nice because you can do other activities at the same time.
This borders on niche, but a lot of people (more than I thought) have issues with low energy in the morning. It's expensive, but if you've tried everything else, it can be worth it.
